The Entec Solutions system allows a surveillance network to be run from either a central control room, or any remote location, as the software enables the user to survey images from any camera on a network, in any combination. Entec Solutions allows organizations to Co-ordinate all surveillance from their headquarters or a central point.

The Entec Solutions unit transmits video at the camera location, or transmitting site. In addition to remote camera selection, the software allows for control of pan, tilt and zoom cameras. The program allows easy control and linkage to the alarm system of such devices as windows, doors, gates, lights, duress buttons and motion detectors.

The system can be programmed to connect to a preset number or IP address when an alarm is triggered, bringing the images up on a PC at a remote location. Connection capability is supported over standard phone lines (PSTN), ISDN, Internet, WAN, cellular links or TCP/IP local area networks. Entec Solutions surveillance systems are unique as they have the ability for the remote receiving station to be either fixed or portable.
 

The ability to access the surveillance system using either personal computer (PC), notebook computer, or PDA allows the user real time access from anywhere in the world, even over Cellular Telephone connections. The user can record, communicate and view actual real time events, as they occur, in high-resolution video.

The Entec Solutions system records directly on to the hard disk that resides with in the system. This eliminates the need for VCR recording, dramatically reducing up front costs, and results in substantial savings in time and running costs over the life of the equipment. Where long time storage is required, images can be archived on to Optional DAT, DVD, CD, Zip or Jazz drives. Higher capacity disc drives can be utilized to provide image storage for a week or longer, depending on the user’s necessities
